Consignment Starter Form

Pay AFTER Products Sell!

This agreement is between Big Budz CBD ("Company") and the undersigned retailer ("Retailer") for the purpose of selling hemp products on consignment. Retailer agrees to the following terms:

  • Products will be shipped free of charge to the retailer.
  • Retailer agrees to remit payment to the Company at the 60 day and 90 day mark for products sold.
  • This agreement may be canceled by either party at any time. If cancelled, retailer agrees to return unsold products with ground shipping. Retailer agrees to provide the receipt of return shipping costs, in order to be reimbursed by company.
  • Company may only bill for sold items, and ONLY upon being provided a list of sold inventory by the retailer at the 60 day and 90 day mark.
  • Company may process payment for the remaining inventory at the 95 day mark if products have not been dropped off at post office for return, or an extension form has not been signed by both parties. Retailer may request an extension form at any time.
